Jonah Daniell

Jonah began playing piano at an early age in elementary school. Driven by his curiosity and love for music, many instruments have followed since his initial study of piano. Jonah went on to earn his Bachelors Degree in Music Composition from Bennington College. While deepening his study in writing music at Bennington, Jonah spent his spare time teaching local children. In the years since, he has devoted his time to teaching in Boston and Western Massachusetts to students of all ages, and to their specific interests whether it be studying jazz, classical, production, funk, or rock. Jonah is committed to creating a personalized and encouraging learning experience for his students to help them reach their goals.

As a vocalist, Jonah is equally comfortable in classical and contemporary styles. He guides his students to equip themselves with technique and confidence in their singing journey through exercises and examples from a broad range of musical styles. He has studied voice since he was in middle school and through college with teachers including Tom Bogden, Mitch Chakour, and Anita Cooper. He has taught voice in his private studio, as well as through Jammin' with You, The Meraki Center, and The Prindle School.
