A sought after violinist and pedagogue who seeks to encourage great technique, personal, musicality, and effective practicing.
Greg has performed all over the East Coast, including Symphony Hall in Boston and sold out arena shows to the Flynn Center in Burlington Vermont and Riverside Church in NYC. He holds a BM in Violin Performance and a BA in German Language and Scandinavian Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he studied with Elizabeth Chang. He previously worked with Juliette Kang of the Philadelphia Orchestra. He is continuing his studies in a Masters of Music in Violin Performance at the University of Massachusetts.
His philosophy for teaching is building the community music support and working with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. He formerly as a committee member for the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia Young Friends sect and has performed with the Vermont Symphony, Altoona Symphony, Pennsylvania Philharmonic, and the Trans Siberian Orchestra.
