COVID protocols

Based on currently available information regarding vaccine distribution in our area, we expect that we will be able to hold all of our summer programs in person.  However, we will be actively monitoring the situation from now until the start of the course and will notify all registrants of any modifications that we will be making. Modifications levels include:

LEVEL 1: Holding the program in person, but with COVID protocols in place, including mandated mask use, 6-foot distancing, and holding significant portions of the program outdoors.

LEVEL 2: Holding the program online, rather than in person.

LEVEL 3: Cancelling the program (in which case all registrants would be eligible for a full refund.)

This program will be eligible for either full in-person participation or LEVEL 1 or 2 modification.
