Madelin Sintiris

Multi-instrumentalist Madelin Sintiris is a graduate student studying at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst for her Master of Music Degree in Flute Performance. She received her Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance at the University of Maine in May of 2023. There, she played in a variety of ensembles on different instruments: flute and piccolo in symphonic band, orchestra, pit orchestra, woodwind quartet and flute ensemble; marching band and pep band on sousaphone; and alto saxophone in jazz band. Other notable playing experiences include the Acadia Wind ensemble on flute, duets with cello, clarinet, bassoon, and horn, and the Macy's Great American Marching Band, where she marched piccolo in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
