The Prindle School is seeking private music instructors to start immediately. Become a part of an amazing music faculty and get the chance to work with diverse students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.

Relevant Skills and Experience

  • Significant previous private study

  • Performance experience

  • Experience teaching private lessons

  • Good working knowledge of music theory and aural skills

  • Ability to work with students of a wide variety of ages and ability levels

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Music a plus, but not required

  • Ability to teach more than one instrument a plus, but not required

Availability

We receive most interest from students during the hours from 3pm to 8pm on weekdays and from 9am to 2pm on on Saturdays. The ideal candidate has at least five to ten hours of weekly availability during those times and is willing to teach at any one of our locations:
