Chris Gallerani
Chris Gallerani, tenor, recently completed his Master’s in Vocal Performance at the University of Connecticut studying under Dr. Constance Rock. His opera credits include Pluton in Offenbach’s Orphée aux enfers and Eisenstein in Strauss II’s Die Fledermaus. Chris studied theater and music at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, where he graduated in 2015 with honors in solo performance. He spent his early professional years in New York City further developing his acting and performance skills before pivoting to classical music. His vocal studies focus on opera and art song performance, emphasizing staging dramatic music to connect with contemporary audiences. Chris regularly sings with Voce’s tenor section in Hartford,CT. He has also sung with UConn’s Collegium Musicum, CONCORA, and Hartford Opera Theater. He won second place in the Advanced category of Connecticut NATS 2025. Chris lives with his partner Scott in Easthampton, MA.
